Customer Care

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer a refund for candle orders.

We will gladly exchange damaged item(s) within 7 days from your delivery date. Please contact us with image proof of damaged item(s) and we'll ship out replacement candles within 3 to 4 business days of exchange confirmation.

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days from our studio in Campbell, CA. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping for orders is calculated by weight via USPS or UPS below our free shipping threshold of $75 or more.

Tracking information will be emailed after your order has been processed. Transit time will vary depending on location, and this does not including Saturday delivery. Please be advised that due to some delays in the supply chain and the high demand during the holiday season, transit time might take longer than expected.

The privacy and security of your personal information is very important to us. We only collect personal information when you purchase, order, or exchange products. We will not share your personal information with any third party vendors without your consent. 

 

If you sign up for our newsletter, we may collect optional information such as your name and email address. Email addresses are only used internally for the purpose of sending you emails of advanced notice sales, new events and collections, and other promotions. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
